COURSE INFORMATION: The TRAQ Renewal Course is a one-day refresher, with five hours of instruction, and three hours to take the exam. Current TRAQ holders can complete the course as early as three and one-half (3 1/2) years into their Qualification (18 months before your expiration date).
Once you have successfully passed the renewal requirements, you will be given 5 years from the date of your previous expiration allowing you to take full advantage of the 5 year period granted with the credential. If you do not take the renewal course before your renewal date, you will need to take the TRAQ course and assessment over again.
All payments are due by November 8, 2021. Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted by November 8, 2021. All applications will be reviewed for approval. Your registration will be finalized via email.
You will receive a confirmation packet from ISA in Atlanta, GA containing a letter with the date and time of the course and the name of the appropriate contact person. Confirmation packets will be shipped to the address provided on the personal information registration page. Please provide a physical shipping address.
ISA Michigan Covid 19 Policy for Events
ISA Michigan must follow ISA approved Covid-19 guidelines when offering an ISA course. Please be aware of the following:
You will be asked to acknowledge that you meet health requirements and that you will comply with the health and safety guidelines listed below while participating at an ISA qualification event.
- Stay at least 6 feet (1.8 meters) away from any other candidates/participants and instructors/assistants during the duration of the program.
- Cover your nose and mouth in case of sneezing or coughing.
- You must bring and wear your own face mask while you're at the qualification event location and throughout the program and examination*. Any surgical or cloth face mask, including a homemade face mask, is acceptable as long as your nose and mouth are fully covered. Candidates without a face mask will be denied testing services.
- To prevent crowding, wait until the instructor or registration assistant tells you to approach the check-in desk.
- Comply with all additional instructions from the instructor throughout the program.
*If you have a disability or health condition that prevents you from wearing a face mask, a formal/written Special Accommodations Request form must be completed and approved prior to the registration deadline for the program.
There is a $150 USD fee per retake up to one year from the original date that you took the course. Applications for retake must be submitted prior to the registration deadline for the scheduled course where you will retake your exam. You must phone ISA at 678.367.0981 to schedule a retake.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancelations prior to April 24 will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided after April 25, however you can transfer your registration to a future course date.
